1. Rental Requirements

2. Booking and Payment
- Reservations are subject to availability and verification
- Rates quoted in AED include basic insurance
- Security deposits held on ca redit card only
- Additional charges: fines, fuel, damages, late returns
3. Vehicle Use
- Permitted: Lawful use within UAE only
- Prohibited: Commercial use, racing, off-road, smoking, pets (without approval)
- Geographic: UAE territory only (cross-border requires approval)
4. Insurance Coverage
- Included: Third-party liability, collision damage waiver, theft protection
- Excess: Applies per vehicle category
- Excluded: Personal items, negligent damage, violation-related incidents
5. Rental Period
- Late returns incur daily charges
- Extensions require advance approval
- No refunds for early returns
- Fuel: Full-to-full policy applies
6. Traffic Violations
- Renter is responsible for all fines and violations
- Administrative fee applies to all violations
- Payment is required within 30 days of notification
7. Accidents and Breakdowns
- Call the police (999) and our emergency line immediately
- 24/7 roadside assistance included
- Complete police reports required
- Replacement vehicles are subject to availability
8. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation 24+ hours before pickup
- Within 24 hours: one day charge applies
- No-show: full rental amount charged
9. Liability and Disputes
- Company liability limited by UAE law
- Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction
